In the lovely province of Bari, in the town of Turi, the company Tarall’oro was born in 1982. Born as a producer of taralli (genuine and natural snack typical of the South of Italy), its mission has been from the beginning on to absolutely satisfy its customers. After a few years, the company decided to offer a new line of artisan pasta. This artisanal pasta is produced using extra calibrated semolina obtained by extraction of the best durum wheat available in the Murges area of Puglia.
